BOOT CAMP

 

Come and sign up to an amazing boot camp taken by an EX- Army fitness instructor. Boot camps have hit the nation by storm anyone and everyone is doing this great form of fitness, so if your a beginner or a session-pro this is for you.

Boot camps are suitable for all levels of fitness and have been proven to be progressive and most importantly fun!

Each session will last approx 1 1/2 hours, each week will be different and may include circuits, short runs and individual/team exercises.

 

What? – 6 week Army style boot camp program

When? Starts on Monday 19th September at 6:30pm till 8pm and every Monday for 6 weeks

Where? – Meeting out side the Magnet Leisure Center Maidenhead

How much? - £60 for 6 weeks

Why? – To get fit and have fun!
